Personality:
At first glance, Veneer can come off as much of a sassy bitch as his sister, and he is just as capable of being a huge jerk. In truth, Veneer is a gigantic people pleaser and is mostly emulating Velvet's nasty behavior in hopes to gain her approval. Left to his own devices, Veneer is a lot nicer in comparison and is prone to getting easily excited and being a goof. It's his cowardice that allows him to be such a huge doormat and constantly leads him into getting manipulated, although by the end of the movie, he does take the first steps into working on that. Regardless, he is still a product of Mount Rageous' culture and is just as materialistic and obsessed with trends as the rest of them.
Power Summary:
Although technically he doesn't have any special powers, Mount Rageons (pronounced Ragin') are incredibly flexible and have the sort of elasticity that makes them act like living rubber hose characters. This includes things like twisting limbs or spinning heads 360 degrees with ease. Basically, Veneer can't fight you worth a damn, but he doesn't exactly have any bones you can break.
